By accessing or using DocConvert Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DocConvert Pro provides online PDF and image processing tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF files and images.

Some tools are available for free; advanced tools require a paid Premium subscription.

You may use most tools without creating an account. For Premium features, a registered account is required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to use DocConvert Pro to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Process files containing sensitive personal data of others without consent

All uploaded files are processed on our secure servers and are automatically deleted immediately after processing. We do not store, read, or share your files.

While we take security seriously, we recommend not uploading highly sensitive documents (e.g., passwords, financial records) to any online service.

Premium plans are billed as described on the Pricing page (Monthly or Yearly). Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You will receive access for the duration of your paid plan.

All content, branding, code, and design of DocConvert Pro are the intellectual property of DocConvert Pro and its creators. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Files you upload remain entirely your own property. We claim no rights over your content.

DocConvert Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damage arising from the use of our Service.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
