Are the tools really free?
Yes! The vast majority of DocConvertPro tools are completely free — no signup required. Premium tools (PDF to Word, PDF to Excel, PDF to PowerPoint, AI Background Remover) require a Premium subscription.
Are my files safe?
Absolutely. Your files are processed on our secure servers and automatically deleted immediately after processing. We never store, read, or share your documents.
What file size is supported?
Standard tools support files up to 25MB. The Compress PDF and Compress Image tools support files up to 100MB.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Visit our Pricing page and choose a Monthly or Yearly plan. Payment is processed securely via Cashfree. Premium is activated instantly on your account after payment.
I paid but my Premium isn't active. What do I do?
Please email us at tanishpatel2512@gmail.com with your payment reference. We'll manually activate your account within a few hours.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are available only if payment was deducted but Premium access was not activated within 24 hours. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
