Our policy in simple terms: We issue refunds only when a payment has been successfully charged but Premium access was not activated on your account. All other purchases are non-refundable as the service is delivered immediately upon payment.

1. Eligible Refund Scenario

You are eligible for a full refund only in the following situation:

Payment deducted, but Premium access not granted

Your bank/card was charged successfully, but your account still shows as Free / no Premium features were unlocked within 24 hours of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

You have successfully received Premium access and used the features

You purchased a plan by mistake after Premium was already active

You changed your mind after Premium was activated

You did not use the Premium features during your subscription period

Your subscription expired naturally at the end of the plan period

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your payment date with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Payment date and amount
  • Transaction/Order ID (visible in your payment confirmation)
  • Screenshot or proof of payment

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.), depending on your bank's processing time.
